5 Resources For Making Your Home In Jesus

I’ve compiled a list of some of my favorite resources for building my home in Jesus. I hope these resources can serve you on your journey.

You need to find your own Bible. I can’t find a Bible for you; you can download the Bible app, try some translations, and find one you enjoy. I would suggest you hop on christianbook.com and purchase a physical copy. The prices on Christianbook are the best you will find.

My favorite notebooks for Bible study and journaling are spiral composition notebooks. I don’t have time for notebooks that don’t stay open while I’m going back and forth taking notes. These are just good notebooks; generally, you can buy them in sets so you can have them on hand for a long time.

If you are down to invest a little bit more into your journey, I love Daily Grace's One-Year Reading plans. Their journals are laid out so well, and their devotional content helps me connect more deeply with the day's scripture. They have three one-year sets to choose from, and they are all great, plus they have topical and other Bible study books.

If you do not want to spend any money, The Bible app has many options for reading plans; you can find one-week to one-year plans. There is something to suit what you are looking for right at your fingertips.

I’ve created a playlist of my favorite worship music. I listen to this during Bible study or just doing things around the house. I hope you enjoy it.

May we take the time each day to build our lives on the solid rock of Jesus Christ.
